Class Syllabus
The core of the syllabus will always be relaxation exercises to open the Chi
channels, Chi Kung and breathing exercises to increase internal energy (Chi)
and the slow form with visualisation to move the Chi around the body.
- Moving and standing Chi Kung exercises
- Relaxation and stretching exercises
- Original Yang style 108 movement long form
- Pushing hands (single and double)
- Yin-Yang form
- Form applications and improvement
- Breathing exercises
- Open and Closed form
- Weapons forms
- Variations of long form
- Additional hand forms
Additional exercises, applications and form will be covered as the student
progresses.
